Amidst the glitz and glamour of the grand finale Miss Twinkle Goonethileke was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2019 by the reigning Queen Miss Karen Gallman.
The event was pomp and pageantry at its peak with 16 contestants sizzling the ramp like the goddesses of ancient Greece. The Minister of Tourism John Amaratunga was a special guest while Franchisee Roshan Perera and Creative Director Rozanne Diasz ensured the event was a success with the flamboyant Danu Innasithamby hosting the Pageant.
Miss Intercontinental Sri Lanka Coronation Night was sponsored by Akshata Suwandel Rice known for centuries to foster glowing skin and luscious hair.
