Harshani Ruman, a student of Business Management and the 2nd runner up at the Goya Miss Sri Lanka beauty pageant was adjudged the 2nd runner up at the Miss Tourism Universe pageant held in Beirut, Lebanon a short while ago (21st sept)
this is a great achievement considering she actually beat the following contestants..!!
And the winner is Miss Romania..Teodara Dan
