President Maithripala Sirisena as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freedom (SLFP) sent a hard-hitting letter to former President Mahinda Rajapaksa,today asking the former president to basically F….K Offf !
if you read Sinhalese please read it below, if you don’t then forgive our loose interpretation of it…
Loose interpretation;
** its starts off by saying what a great party SLFP once was and bla bla bla
** then he says how he (Maithripala) stood by the former dictator and how they were great friends
** oh gosh.. then he says how Basil Rajapaksa (mr. 10%) put a wedge between them
** after that he goes on to say that he even went to the extent of asking him (mahinda) not to contest & that he would give the Dude (Mahinda) another way to be on top in a respectable way
** But he says Mahinda the “fool” stuck by his band of robbers and did not heed his advice
** Finally the nail on the coffin was Mahinda threatening to form a new party because slfp wanted to field Arjuna Ranatunga from Gampaha and not his brother Prassana Ranatunga
** and Maithri says “you (that is Mahinda) claimed on a Tv station yesterday that we are having a very good relationship, which is a blatant lie” !!.. which is why we (laska) gathers he wrote this letter to Mahinda
** Maithri finally says that he wants a Senior and much more deserving party member to be Priminster in case the UPFA wins over 13 seats and he wishes Mahinda will not envy it
** oh..! and he also says “I could have F…ed you but i didn’t…so don’t push it”!
