its just a week since Tracy Ann DeZilva was Crowned Miss Intercontinental Sri Lanka and she has already started caring for the less privileged !
never in the History of Sri Lanka has a Beauty Queen so Young and so Beautiful started off so early with her own personal money to care and share. Ideally she should be resting on her laurels but yet she chose to thank the Good Lord in the only way she knows how…helping the innocent kids.
of all the Schools in Sri Lanka, The Gorgeous Tracy chose to go to Vakarai and visit a school called BT/KK/Kokivil Tamil Vidyalaya ! now that is commitment :)……….. but as she says, a single Rose can be her Garden but friends and family are her World and it is those special few like Jeehaan, Lalith, Stephanie and Arjan who made this charitable Project a possibility.
A true Princess in the making indeed, she is also the Goodwill Ambassador for the Rotary Club of Colombo West appointed by its President Mr. Roshan Perera, Together with the strength of the club she will change one life at a time !
uneasy is the Head that wears the crown wrote William Shakespeare and The Beautifull Head of Tracy is uneasy not due to burden or obligations but due to the fate of the kids who live in Poverty in Sri Lanka.
This is the reason that Miss Intercontinental Sri Lanka is so different to any other Pageant, it is why so many of the most beautiful girls in Sri Lanka participated, its truly Beauty for a Cause and its actions will always speak louder than words !
