She started her modelling career at the tender age of 17 by participating in a Bridal Show organized by Crissy’s Salon in Hendala, Wattala, she is ambitious with Brains to complement her Beauty, a deadly combination which worked well for her as she Joined Bellucci where she was instrumental in designing figurines for Bellucci which was a company owned by businessman Roshan Perera, the brand was synonymous for its Ornaments exported to Disney, she joined as a Designer and later moved over to the mantle of Brand Ambassador.
Her friendship with another miss Sri Lanka ‘Maria Colombage’ who also worked for the same company helped her grow in confidence and participate in numerous Beauty pageants and winning Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Universe and Miss Sri lanka Online for Miss Intercontinental. she even beat the now famous Jacqueline Fernandez in one of them.
She currently strolls between Dubai and Sri lanka and like a Vintage Bottle of wine, her Timeless beauty has improved with age.
